Travel day to St. Thomas - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a PatientPop sign for your transfer to the hotel.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
7:30pm-9:30pm: Group Welcome Reception - Sails Restaurant on Property
- Diner and Drinks will be served.
- Casual Attire is recommended this evening.
Remember: You will be provided resort credit to help defray costs of meals that are not provided by PatientPop.

Day at Leisure
Today is all yours to enjoy the pools of the Ritz, the hotel's fitness center, tennis courts, the complimentary non-motorized water sports, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property.
PatientPop Cabana Headquarters: PatientPop will also have a few cabanas at the Infinity Pool so please join the leadership team for snacks and cocktails throughout the day. Stop by anytime 12-5pm. *Optional.
As a part of the daily resort fee, guests have access to all non-motorized equipment including:
- Stand up paddle boards
- Kayaks
- Hobie cats
- Snorkel equipment
Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on their own for dinner. There are two options on property in which you can enjoy dinner this evening using your resort credits. Here is more information on the dining options: https://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/caribbean/st-thomas/dining
Coconut Grove is a casual beachfront dinner option open 5:30-9pm, with a menu that features Caribbean dishes with a focus on fresh fish and lobster.
Aloro is the fine dining Italian restaurant located on property that is open for dinner 6pm-10pm with the bar staying open until 11pm.
If you choose to adventure off resort for dinner, we ask you cover the cost of your dinner as resort credit can only be used on property.

Today you will have the opportunity to choose from the options below for your activity day, hosted by PatientPop.
Activity Day:
Spa appointments will be spread across the three days of the event based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.
Snorkel Trip - Please meet in the hotel lobby 10:15 AM for a 10:30 departure. Enjoy an afternoon on the catamaran sailing through the open waters and snorkeling in the clear blue waters. You will be back to the hotel by 3:00 PM. Please make sure to eat brunch prior to departing the hotel! Lunch, snacks, bottled water, and complimentary rum punch will be provided on the boat! - The locations we will visit will be dependent on the Covid restrictions in October.

7:00-10:00pm: Final Dinner Event - Hotel Beach
Dinner and Drinks will be provided at the Farewell Dinner Event.
Remember dinner will be feet in the sand so we recommend shoes to easily slip on and off.

- Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out on time and pay any outstanding balance incurred on your account beyond the resort credits provided. Your departure time will be listed in your Travefy individual itinerary.
