Yes, every PatientPop President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, all attendees arriving on October 1st and departing October 4th will have organized transfers when they arrive to the STT to transport them to/from Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas. The hotel is located only 30-40 minutes from the airport.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

Please keep in mind any additional extensions that fall on work days will count against your PTO.   

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event.  Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.

For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is included in the trip?

Each trip includes round trip coach air transportation, transfers to Ritz-Carlton, welcome reception, individual activity, farewell dinner event, and a 3-night hotel stay.  Additional resort credit will be provided to help defray the cost of food throughout your trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be three options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

3.  Your Travefy individual itinerary will also post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
