Travel day to Costa Rica - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Prior to departing for Costa Rica, all attendees must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test. Please upload your results here.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a Tebra sign for your transfer to the hotel.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
7:30pm-9:30pm: Group Welcome Reception - Zona Azul Beach Club on Property. Dinner and Drinks will be served.
- Casual Attire is recommended this evening.
- Tebra has purchased all attendees an All-Inclusive Package for meals and drinks during your stay. The all-inclusive package starts with lunch on May 1st. Please click the link above to see exactly what is included as it is specific brands. Anything not included in the all-inclusive package you will be asked to cover personally.
- Please note that this reception is optional. If your flight arrives after the start of the welcome reception that is not a problem and you can join whenever you arrive.

Today you will have the opportunity to choose from the options below for your activity day, hosted by Tebra.
Activity Day:
1:30 PM - Catamaran Sunset Cruise. Enjoy a beautiful afternoon sailing on the waters of the Pacific Coast. Swim, snorkel, and maybe even see some marine life along the way. Please meet in the lobby at 1:15 PM for the groups 1:30 PM departure. You will return to the hotel by 6:30 PM. Food and drinks will be served on the boat.
8:30 AM - 18 Holes of Golf - Enjoy a round of golf at the world-class Reserva Conchal Golf Club. Rental clubs are included! Please check your individual travefy itinerary for your tee time.
8:00 AM/1:00 PM - Ziplining/Horseback Riding - Soar through the treetops and enjoy aerial views of surrounding dry forest on a zipline adventure at Hacienda El Roble. This activity will be broken into a morning and afternoon group. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your group departure time.
The morning group will meet in the lobby at 7:45 AM, departing the hotel at 8:00 AM and will return at 12:15 PM.
The afternoon group will meet in the lobby at 12:45 PM, departing the hotel at 1:00 PM and will return at 5:15 PM.
Spa Appointment - Relax and enjoy a 50-minute massage or 50-minute facial at the beautiful hotel spa. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your scheduled appointment time!
Resort Credit - Feel free to use the resort credit toward any activity offered by the hotel, an additional night, or any food/beverages not included in the all-inclusive package.
Dining Options : W Costa Rica’s I’m All In! Meal Plan features four (4) restaurants including: Cocina de Mercado (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Zona Azul (Lunch and Dinner), Wet Deck (Lunch) and Latitud 10°Norte (Dinner).

Day at Leisure
Today is all yours to enjoy the pools of the W Hotel, the hotel's fitness center, AWAY spa, the complimentary non-motorized water sports, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property.
Tebra Cabana Headquarters: Tebra will also have a few cabanas at the pool so please join the leadership team for snacks and cocktails throughout the day. Stop by anytime 12-5pm. *Optional.
As a part of the daily resort fee, guests have access to all non-motorized equipment including:
- Stand up paddle boards
- Kayaks
- Snorkel equipment
7:00-10:00pm: Final Dinner Event - The Lawn
Dinner and Drinks will be provided at the Farewell Dinner Event.

Wednesday 5/4/2022
- Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out on time and pay any outstanding balance incurred on your account beyond the resort's all-inclusive offerings. Your departure time will be listed in your Travefy individual itinerary.
- Tebra has purchased all attendees an All-Inclusive Package for meals and drinks during your stay. The all-inclusive package ends after breakfast on May 4th.
- If you are extending on own and not opting in for the All-Inclusive Package then you will need to stop at the front desk to get your wristband cut off, otherwise you and your guest will be charged the nightly fee.
